We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding customer requirements, evaluating existing IT infrastructure, and assisting in the setup and deployment of RPA solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and explore customer requirements for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) setup.

2. Study the existing IT infrastructure of the customer, including Operating System Platforms, Databases, Network Security setup, IT infrastructure Hardware resources, and Organizational-wide policies for IT setup.

3. Assist the customer or sales team in setting up a proof-of-concept server for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

4. Assist customers in setting up IT infrastructure for the RPA server based on the customer support plan and organizational mutual understanding.

5. Give a general overview of automation products available on-premises and in the cloud. Study existing IT system or server performance and load to ensure compatibility with RPA solutions.

6. Discuss and assist customers with IT standards such as ISO 27001 information security in RPA setup.

7. Provide detailed prerequisites for product installation to ensure smooth deployment.

8. Conduct testing of installations or upgrades for automation products before release to ensure quality and reliability.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in platform engineering or application support.

3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and domains, including Operating Systems, Databases, Network Security, and Hardware resources.

4. Proficiency in setting up proof-of-concept servers and assisting in IT infrastructure setup for RPA solutions.

5. Familiarity with automation products available on-premises and in the cloud.

6. Experience in evaluating IT system performance and load to ensure compatibility with RPA solutions.

7. Knowledge of IT standards such as ISO 27001 information security and their application in RPA setup.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms are a plus.
