Digital Producer

  • Develop and maintain Mercer Super website, supporting the website’s strategic direction, develop, and deliver optimal and engaging digital experiences that support business goals and member needs.
  • Working closely with marketing and key stakeholders and developing strong relationships, responsible for production and execution of website and processes encompassing risk prevention, efficiency and adherence to brand, accessibility, digital guidelines, and best practices.

We will count on you to:

  • Website content management: Managing and executing on-going updates, development, and optimisation of the Mercer Super’s public website content and digital assets. ensuring that quality assurance digital standards and best practices are met.
  • Deliver engaging digital experiences: Implementing innovative UX and UI design practices that exceed Mercer Super's high standards and enhance its competitiveness in the digital space.
  • Quality assurance: ensuring that digital projects meet the required standards and specifications. Conducting testing, addressing and troubleshooting any issues or bugs with relevant vendors, production or technology teams.
  • Content Governance: Establishing and enforcing content governance policies and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with brand standards. This includes defining and overseeing digital standards, style guides, and approval processes.
  • Requirement gathering: Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives for digital projects and updates. Gather and document project requirements, ensuring that they align with established processes, and overall business goals.
  • Stakeholder communication and collaboration: Liaising with clients or stakeholders, providing regular project updates, addressing any concerns or feedback, and ensure that project expectations are managed effectively.
  • Website optimisation: Drive website optimization initiatives with a strategic mindset, leveraging A/B testing, analytics, SEO, and personalisation techniques to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Website insights and performance analytics: Analysing the performance of website content using analytics tools. Tracking metrics such as page views, engagement, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of the content and make data-driven decisions for content optimisation.

What you need to have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a wide range of Digital practices and technologies
  • Proven experience working with content management systems, and digital assets preferably Adobe AEM.
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of digital projects
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Marketing suite (AEM, Adobe creative suite), reporting and analytical tools
  • High level oral and written communications skills and ability to convert the complex to the simple
  • Digitally astute, highly analytical, strong delivery and execution skills, strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
