Systems Analyst



This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Systems and Reporting Expert to join our team. In this role, you will own the business needs for configuring and managing various internal systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and others. You will be responsible for extracting data from complex systems and understanding how the data fits into the larger business context. Oftentimes, this data will be fundamentally flawed and you will have to debug and implement fixes inside of our systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, passion for numbers and data, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of core business
  • Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and programming language
  • Own the configuration and management of internal systems including Salesforce, Zendesk, and others to support business needs
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data and process flaws across various systems (60%)
  • Develop and run reports to monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and ensure problems are fixed (30%)
  • Analyze and present data insights to key stakeholders to support decision-making (10%)
  • Perform data analysis to analyze and identify trends, patterns and outliers
  • Create visualizations and reports to present insights to stakeholders
  • Create analytical frameworks that identify gaps, operational issues and risks - Perform root cause analysis, recommend and collaborate for solutions

Qualifications & Preferred experiences

  • 3+ years of experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience in developing reports and dashboards for various business functions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Significant attention to detail, well organized and an ability to spot quickly and fix problems

Must Have

  • Salesforce or Zendesk certification(s)
  • Experience working with APIs and data integration tools
  • Prior experience in an Operations or Analyst role
