Position Summary:

As a member of the Data Management CoE, the Specialist will be responsible for and maintain the integrity of our databases that provide the foundation for our products; most currently this work is focused on our Client's Offer Master Files where the Specialist enters and edits offers and performs exception management. 

The Specialist performs validation of client barcodes prior to issuance to ensure the accuracy of the data, manages rebate claims validation as well as any follow-up research necessary and provides specialized transaction settlement support by performing duties of a routine and recurring nature. This role requires effective client communication as well as effective internal communications (both written and verbal).

This position is hybrid for candidates who live within 35 miles of Inmar’s corporate headquarters in Winston-Salem - requiring 3 days a week in office. Remote candidates outside of the 35-mile radius will also be considered.

Primary Accountabilities:

Administrative (80%)

  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Respond to coupon/rebate discrepancies
  • Pull and collaborate retailer ads
  • Counterfeit Reporting (Entry per list)
  • Verification/Validation (Testing or Coupon validation)
  • Expiration Date Grace Period changes
  • Research Coupon Scanning Issues
  • Administrative Projects/Changes
  • Offer/Offer Edit (w/o CTR)
  • QML/APEX Work Offers
  • Create and maintain client’s divisions in rebate system (R2)
  • Client Webportal (Alinea) Password Resets

Analytical (20%)

  • Validate movement data against promotion guidelines and expected results for payment
  • Perform daily analysis on Question Mark list
  • Ensure integrity of client database by performing database management

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 2-4 years related work experience or college degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
  • Accurately perform alpha/numeric data entry
  • Professionally maintain great business relationships
  • Organize tasks and time to ensure timely completion of all projects
  • Competent with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Competent with General CPU
  • Competent in Salesforce
  • Beginner iSeries
