Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Place orders according to plant requirements and follow up delivery .
  • Coordinate the changes of parameters MOQ, SS, LT, stock does not stock every 4 months.
  • Follow-up of NP in subcontracting with supplier.
  • Monitoring of suppliers' capacity.
  • Attend meetings to monitor shortages, according to the assigned project.
  • Elaboration of 8D's in case the tactical buyers do not meet the goals defined
  • Perform coverage analysis and future demand in assigned components or suppliers.
  • Maintain a strong and sustainable EHSS culture.
  • Monitor location, confirmation, expiration dates, adherence, exceptions, subcontract, MRBR and OTD metrics from tactical buyers.
  • Make sure all air transportation is in its authorized format.
