RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Represent Tokai Rika commercially with Customers, in line with TR sales goals:

  • Responsible for commercial communications between TR and Toyota
  • Work to resolve all sales related, commercial and financial discrepancies
  • Assists with negotiating for piece price, tooling, obsolesces, design changes, etc
  • Build single level relationships within the Customer’s organization
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction

2. Communicate Customer expectations within TR:

  • Receive and distribute RFQ’s, price targets, APR expectations, and competitor information
  • Review Customer terms and conditions
  • Assist in developing Customer Sales Strategy
  • Investigate current market trends

3. Work to improve profits and reduce cost or loss:

  • Adhere to corporate profit targets
  • Utilize corporate cost estimates
  • Recommend appropriate price internally to meet corporate profit targets

4. Support and follow TR established processes, procedures and policies:

  • Follows, learns & develops for proposal TS & ISO procedures
  • Support TR Quality & Environmental Policies

5. Provide departmental support:

  • Mentor and train under Account Representative II, III and Manager
  • Document processing (filing, saving, faxing, distributing, etc)
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Senior Account Representative Account Section Manager and Sales Manager
  • Support and follow TR established processes, procedures and policies: Follows TR Quality and Environmental Policies
