Lovisa Opportunity:

To assist the company by working with the Distribution team in auditing goods inward and outward of the Distribution Centre, management of data integrity issues and supporting stock movement and cycle counting along with any other Inventory requirements for the DC. This role requires flexibility to adjust from manual DC (No WMS) to a WMS run DC along with improving the overall efficiencies of all inventories at the DC and lead projects for continuous improvement.

• Performing & managing pick audits
• and managing the cycle counts.
• with DC team to pinpoint areas of improvement.
• and implementing best practice processes.
• training to the cycle counters.
• informative reporting.
• adjustments for production/Merchandise teams.
• VAS project work, next retails, sale stickering, re-barcoding.
• training manuals, SOPs for post WMS.
• slotting reviews, manage the execution of re slotting SKU’s.
• Inventory projects
• Nil picks, provide reporting and improvement plan.

Lovisa Loves: A can-do attitude with the following skills:

• Experience in warehouse or stock movement processes.
• Exposure to auditing of supply chain.
• Understanding of Loss Prevention related concerns
• Highly organised and self-motivated.
• Strong operational background
• Experience in a WMS environment, Manual environment beneficial but not crucial.
