基本条件■ オラクルデータベースに対する深い技術的な理解をお持ちの方。■ 口頭および書面でお客様とコミュニケーションするスキルをお持ちの方■ 技術的なトラブルに対する高い問題解決能力をお持ちの方■ ネットワーク/オペレーションシステム/ハードウェアなどを一定のレベルで理解されている方■ 日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル（ネイティブレベル）■ 英語によるコミュニケーションスキル（ビジネスレベルの読み書き）
