Alfa Laval is looking for a Solution specialist D365F&O, with focus on Sales order Management, to join the Group Digital foundational area OneERP; a newly established organization to consolidate and focus all ERP related activities with clear mandates and responsibilities to create a solid and scalable transactional ERP foundation to support the strategic direction of Alfa Laval.

OneERP will develop, accelerate rollouts of D365F&O and manage one common effective and efficient ERP platform based on standardization of transactional processes for all business in Alfa Laval.

About the job

You will be part of an agile development team to define and develop our ERP template to support our Sales companies.

As a solution specialist within Template development, you will be working closely with product owners, solution managers, architects, and other specialists to deliver anything from smaller enhancements to bigger features and projects to Alfa Laval's chosen target global sales system.

You will be working closely together with business and IT stakeholders to refine requirements and needs, participate in analysis, design, build, deploy and support of the solutions we deliver. Our candidate should be an experienced specialist in D365F&O with extensive knowledge of the sales domain and integrations. Important characteristics are the clear understanding of both systems/technology and business processes. In depth understanding of processes within Sales domain (order/quoting processes as well as MDM).

This position will be reporting to Manager Template development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive refinement of work items to meet customer requirements
  • Write Functional Design documents (FDD) as specification for development.
  • Together with your team, maintain and prioritize development backlog and ensure deliveries according to commitments for development, rollouts, or support. • In close collaboration with Product Manager and Product Owner, contribute to the roadmap for Sales Order Management in D365F&O and surrounding target solutions.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration within OneERP and externally with rollout projects or other Value Streams
  • Help with on-boarding of new team members, internal or externals

What you know

You bring solid experience from the ERP functional field or rollouts in a global context, within the areas of Order-to-Cash.

  • You have broad knowledge of the ERP-domain
  • Extensive experience with D365F&O
  • Proficient in the data model of D365F&O, with a deep understanding of the functionality in the Orderto-Cash processes.
  • Experience in integrations and associated frameworks. Change management and communication skills are vital for this role as well as fluency in business English.

Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.
