Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain relationship with distributors & support Agency Hotline Service 
• Perform risk assessment of cases up to the authorization limit
• Ensure the assigned new business cases comply with the Company’s New Business Policy & Procedures, Underwriting Guideline, Rule Book and service pledge
• Handle agent’s reply through emails and phone
• Assist Team/Managers to keep track of applications requests for producing monitoring and control reports
• Ad-hoc assignment or projects

Job Requirements

• University degree holder
• Minimum of 2 years' working experience in life operations, candidates with LOMA designation would be an advantage
• With CS experience is preferable
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Detailed oriented with excellent client oriented mindset
• Proficient PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
