The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow for Moloco Agency. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Moloco-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Moloco's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As our first Greater China Agency Development Manager, you will focus on developing long-term relationships with our official agencies, driving product adoption and growth across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. You will also develop the acquisition capabilities of the agencies in order to achieve business growth. Your role will be fundamental in helping shape how agencies’ businesses grow in the region.

The Opportunity:

  • Collaborate and consult with agencies to extend relationships, increase our customer and agency base, and optimise their advertising investment.
  • Deliver assigned goals on business, while prioritising and delivering an excellent experience to key agency partners.
  • Own a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement by managing existing partners and developing new partners.
  • Work across levels of agency partners to grow new and existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding business experiences to Moloco's agency partners.
  • Build compelling, data-driven, long-term agency plans by leveraging market insights and research. Synchronize agency plans with our agency group and internal cross-functional teams to further develop our agencies.
  • Be an ongoing, trusted thought partner for the Management team regarding strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
  • Analyze data trends and customer performance, develop strategic business plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and business presentations

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in Chinese and English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Established relationships and presence with performance agencies
  • Knowledge of digital agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve goals and business objectives to drive growth
  • Experience improving business relationships and successfully developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
