As an Oracle WMS Cloud Functional Architect, your role involves designing and implementing solutions within the Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud platform to meet the needs of clients. Your responsibilities may include:

1. Requirement Gathering: Understanding client requirements and translating them into system specifications and configurations within Oracle WMS Cloud.
2. System Design: Designing the architecture of the Oracle WMS Cloud solution, including workflows, configurations, and integrations with other systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
3. Configuration and Customization: Configuring the Oracle WMS Cloud system according to client requirements. This may involve customizing processes, defining user roles and permissions, and configuring workflows.
4. Integration: Integrating Oracle WMS Cloud with other systems within the client's IT landscape, such as ERP systems, transportation management systems, or third-party logistics systems.
5. Testing and Validation: Conducting thorough testing of the Oracle WMS Cloud solution to ensure that it meets functional and performance requirements. This may involve creating test cases, performing integration testing, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
6. Training and Documentation: Providing training to end-users on how to use the Oracle WMS Cloud system effectively. Additionally, creating documentation such as user guides and process manuals to support the implementation.
7. Support and Maintenance: Providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements or updates to the Oracle WMS Cloud solution as needed.
8. Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of updates and new features within the Oracle WMS Cloud platform, as well as industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and logistics.
