The role:

The main responsibilities for the Inside Sales Leader will be driving and generating more opportunities for sales pipelines and improve sales growth. You will also be responsible for leading the team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve established goals and targets. You will also empower and coach the team on prioritization, customer engagement and skill development.

About the role:

  • Ensure sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads.
  • Manage overall lead generation and qualification workflow.
  • Proactively approach customers and pitch Johnson Controls products and solutions.
  • Develop strategies on how to generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales forecasts and reports to communicate with local and regional leadership.
  • Conduct a range of management activities.
  • Establish sales targets and KPI’s for the team.
  • Coach and upskill the Inside Sales team by leading training and supporting education opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience working in HVAC/BMS/Fire/Security field.
  • At least 3 years experience in related position. Customer service/inside sales management preferred.
  • Solid understanding of inside sales concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Ability to identify sales and customer challenges.
  • Ability to understand and contribute to the development of a business plan.
  • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and possess good organizational leadership skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite including Excel.
