Your role

Are you interested in numerous asset classes in the Brazilian market? Your role will focus on serving as a key point of contact for Equity Services clients on our custody and clearing platforms. Activities include account opening, periodic KYC reviews, pre-matching and settlement process, which are part of our daily routines. Direct contact with asset managers both in Brazil and abroad.

• Receive clients requests / questions and work with internal teams to provide answers and solutions
• Analyze client documentation and file it in internal systems
• Perform operational processes that are crucial for our daily routines

Your team

The Client Services team supports the Equity Services structure in Brazil, delivering high quality client services to local and foreign investors on our Custody and Clearing platforms.

Your expertise

The applicant must be willing to learn, be dynamic, and show great ability to adapt to different challenges.

We are looking for:

• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Dedication as a team member, and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions
• Undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related areas
• Intermediary/advanced English
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives
• Intermediary/advanced skills in Excel
