Your role

Join us in a lead role in Software Engineering & Domain Architect in the Spain IT team in our division located in Madrid.

This position requires you to be an integral part of a development team in i.e C# Net stack, working closely with Change-Management to deliver high quality software fulfilling the regulatory commitments of the bank. You will be the architect lead for the current IT platform & for the future strategic platform transformation program.

You are expected to endorse a player coach role, leading the technical discussions, designing solutions and driving the rest of the team to deliver.

You’ll be employed by and work at Credit Suisse (Credit Suisse AG Sucursal en España) in the Technology team in the course of Credit Suisse integration into UBS.

Your expertise

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

• Strong experience (3 + years) in full-stack development in Net applications with Net C#, Angular with Typescript, JavaScript, jQuery, Oracle/SQL. Hands on Python is desirable.
• Good understanding of development architecture patterns Separation of concerns, N-Layer applications, Dependency injection, Microservices.
• Hands on experience on IIS.
• Specialist in end-to-end software development process, Agile delivery methods & solid understanding of DevOps methodology
• Cloud and containerization knowledge or exposure will be a plus.
• Prior experience as solution architect is certainly an added advantage.
• Seen as an advocate in your technical domain and are interested in ensuring best practice across the development community.
• Capable of coordinating a team of experienced IT professionals and ability of prepare & execute a vision with strong problem solving skills.
• You are a “people person” in advocating and supporting adoption of new technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High command in English & Spanish are must.
• 100% Result oriented, proactive, dedicated, hardworking & most importantly “can do attitude”, can work on own initiative whilst working collaboratively and delivering on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
