Our Tech and Transformation division are looking for a Senior Application Analyst to assist the planning application management, maintenance and enhancements for staffing and sales platforms across the group.

Every day you will…

  • Work with the wider team to enable them to help the Application Support Team, making and aiding the resolution of incidents in line with Service Level Guidelines.
  • Providing assistance for major incidents, liaising with the teams as a subject matter expert.
  • Work with the wider team to aid internal customers and partners, to translate user stories into technical outcomes, including development, testing and delivering changes in line with business requirements.
  • Maintain application JIRA boards as work progresses, run the team daily stand up and support preparation for SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Work with the Support team after they have identified areas of high-volume tickets to determine and fix the root cause.
  • Contribute to the access control audit process, working with key business stakeholders to ensure that any new functionality, which may be sensitive is given due consideration.
  • Support the preparation of test plans for new software releases, conduct E2E/Regression testing on new releases & functionality and update findings.
  • Identify & share ideas for how the Applications or Support Service can be improved.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

  • Previous experience managing CRM applications.
  • A proven background in service desk support.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
