When you join RadNet as a Manager of Reimbursement & Operations Strategy, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Manage all RUM, IES & Clinical Operations employees, which may include:
- Payroll (time management, time off requests vacation requests and leaves
- Remote functionality, including coordinating equipment replacements and remote trainings
- Utilize staff to their fullest potential by motivating and challenging them to achieve results while offering developmental and educational opportunities to progress within the company.
- Provide ongoing training to staff to ensure that productivity and knowledge of the overall process are maintained and improved.
- Under the direction and guidance of executive management, interview and hire candidates for open staff positions.
- Assist in the implementation and administering of procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with IT about workflow changes and functions requiring IT updates/fixes
- Maintain excellent rapport with medical groups, referring physicians, secretaries and clinical site staff; addressing any questions, concerns or complaints they may present.
- Participate in and/or lead various projects as identified by management to support operations
- Manage vendor relationships related to the work they do for RadNet

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Must have at least 2 years of external or internal UM job related experience
- Must have at least 1 year of Outstanding leadership and decision-making skills and experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Superior analytical, written and oral communication skills; Fluency (written and oral) in English required, Spanish preferred
- Excellent computer skills, especially a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work well in group and individual settings, prioritize competing deadlines, foresee potential problems and offer solutions.
- Handle moderately complex assignments under minimal supervision and ability to communicate
Pay Range
USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
