Your Role and Responsibilities

Set up and installation of employee laptop (Windows and MacOS) for New IBMDT Staff together with HR Team.
Perform administrative tasks for MS365, MS Exchange emails, and Microsoft Azure.
Maintain IBMDT internal IT applications and platforms such as:
Monitoring usage log, audit log, batch log, system health,
Performing system and application data backup, restore, disaster recovery,
Support deployment changes of IBMDT internal applications.
Develop IT operational procedures/instructions (in English).
Provide technical support to IBMDT employees based on submitted tickets/service requests for any questions, issues related to internal IT applications, platforms, and employee’s laptop.
Support IT Change Management process, Cybersecurity Incident Management process.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong knowledge in Windows, MacOS operating systems.
Familiarity with Cloud platform (IBM Cloud Platform is preferred).
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.
Experience with MS365 for Business, MS Exchange emails and Microsoft Azure application/system administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to learn new things.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
