Focus of this role will be on customer strategy and process transformation.

Within your role as a Customer Strategy Associate Consultant, you will:

  • Develop fact-based client, market, and competitor insights based on research, e.g. primary interviews, analyst reports, and internal databases. Research the client organization and industry value chains
  • Draw from primary and existing IBM research on evolving market trends. Shape, conduct research and collaborate with users, staff and stakeholders to shape a holistic view of the total user experience
  • Identifying issues, creating hypotheses, and executing analysis, to develop decision-ready recommendations for our clients
  • Detail to-be processes to enable new customer experiences and employee experiences
  • Shape Go to Market strategies for our clients, contribute to new business models definition
  • Evaluate and shape business strategies, including business value definition, ROI calculation, and value- driven prioritization of innovation initiatives
  • Develop best practices and playbook to hand over to client customer operations
  • Support de development and execution of a pilot or Minimum Viable Product as part of Garage delivery model.
  • Implement agile methods and ensure knowledge transfer

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • We welcome recent graduates with maximum 1 year of work experience and final-year students with less than 6 months of studies left.
  • Degree in any of the following domains in a design related track, like Design for Interaction, Digital Design, etc.
  • Portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills in UX strategy – from research to envisioning to execution depending on business demand
  • Fluent in Swedish and English with strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
  • Eligible to work in Sweden and European Union without any restriction.
