We are looking for a Coating Planning & Procurement Specialist to support our Planning & Procurement team in UPM Raflatac. This position is temporary, located in Tampere, Finland.

What you will do 

In this role you will prioritize and plan production based on customer and stock requirements while ensuring stock rotation. You will also handle day to day communication with suppliers and call off material when needed. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Optimize and prioritize coating planning together with production team depending on customer orders, laminate stock replenishments and run schedule 
  • Monitor and review incoming DSR orders for EMEIA stocks and adjust stock levels when appropriate 
  • Close co-operation with Supply Chain and Product Development regarding any changes in our product offer 
  • Manage raw material inbound supply and ensure correct dates for arrivals 
  • Complete various tasks in SAP (order entry & update, price list updates, invoice & credit note handling, supplier & raw material information upkeep) 
  • Communicate daily with adhesive kitchen about incoming orders 
  • Handling packaging materials and ensuring correct dates for arrival with good communication with production and warehouse operations 

Who you are 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field of studies 
  • You have a motivation to learn, like to work in a team and a can-do attitude 
  • You are fluent in Finnish 
  • You have good written and spoken skills in English
