Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Living Hitachi’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
  • Support the implementation of the internal communications strategy and targets;
  • In charge of the internal communication activities in the company;
  • Prepare monthly internal info bulletins, internal memos and other communication materials ;
  • Maintain regular and updated information on the internal info boards;
  • Utilize efficiently the internal video communication channels;
  • Propose and implement improvements related to the internal communication process.
  • Support the management team in the daily administrative activities – prepare documents, support the organization of trainings and other internal activites;
  • Organize company events;
  • Support HR in collecting, scanning and distributing documents;
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the HR team.

Your background:

  • University Graduate in Foreign Language, Business Administration, Public Relations or related areas;
  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative role;
  • Experience in internal communication / writing communication materials; Excellent knowledge of English language both written and spoken;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
  • Well organized and motivated, result oriented;
  • Proactive, responsible, detail oriented;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Very good priority setting and time management skills;
  • Very good problem solving skills;
  • Good cooperation with internal and external parties, a team player;
  • Able to work under pressure and in a multitasking environment.
