RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle sales assistant jobs: 

  • Follow up ordering process.
  • Co-ordinate with customers on payment (TTA, LC), forwarder information (EXW, FCA), special shipping instruction if any.
  • Handle the shipments from the factory to customer side.
  • Issue shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, HBL/AWB, CO/CQ & other documents required by customers) to customers timely until shipment completed.
  • Claim for shortage, wrong of goods from factory.
  • Claim with insurance companies in case damaged.
  • Declare for import/ export shipments (using ECUS5VINACCS)

Handle admin jobs: 

  • Reception duties, greeting visitors, receiving, answering phone calls and take messages.
  • Manage meeting rooms, reception area and surrounding in a good condition. 
  • Provide logistics preparation and arrangement for business trips, visits as requested (transportation means, flight, hotel reservations…)
  • Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, workshops such as preparing work documents, training materials, and classroom equipment.
  • Supporting sales team in preparing bidding documents.
  • Responsible for office equipment and administration, e.g lighting, photocopy machine, rental, pantry etc.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned on a case by case basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Economic. 
  • Graduated from Foreign Trade University is preferred.
  • Good English skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Careful, accurate, attention to detail.
