Job Summary

The Project Manager - (QEP) will lead Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) programs and initiatives, overseeing project progress and goal achievement aligned with Georgia Southern University's QEP focused on career readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project leadership for QEP programs and activities by establishing goals and monitoring progress to ensure successful completion
  • Coordinate marketing and communications associated with the QEP in partnership with University Communications and Marketing
  • Coordinate with OCPD Director of Operations to research and implement third-party products in support of the QEP
  • Collaborate with OCPD Assessment Specialist to use collected data and analytics to complete QEP assessment/outcomes requirements
  • Develop and deliver progress reports on QEP implementation, participation, and assessment

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  • Three (3) or more years of related work experience in project management, marketing, or communications

Proposed Salary

$49,500 - $56,600

This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.

ABILITIES

  • Consistently exhibit engaging customer service
  • Ability to support various constituencies served by the University
  • Proven proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Google, and/or applications as required for specific position

KNOWLEDGE

  • Adhere to University policies and procedures to meet Institutional goals and support University's mission for student success
  • Broad working knowledge of and experience with software used for graphic design (Adobe Suite), website content management, and project management

SKILLS

  • Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills
  • Proficiency on all social media platforms
