Technical Services Help Desk Representative

NEOGEN is currently seeking a motivated candidate to join our growing Technical Services Help Desk team aimed at supporting our customers’ equipment and software applications.

Essential Duties:

  • Offer live technical support by fielding incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from both internal and external customers
  • Entry of cases into Case Management System (CMS) utilizing information gathered from internal and external technical support sessions
  • Utilize various telecom technologies—including GoToRescue, Microsoft Teams, and Skype—to engage the customer
  • Contribute as a participant in a variety of special projects that extend to and include Technical Services department

Education and/or Experience:

  • Superb customer service skills; at least 1 year of experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrable experience working in customer-facing roles
  • Skilled in troubleshooting; technical background
