YOUR MISSION

  • Together with your team you are responsible for reaching the store targets
  • You lead a team of 30 employees and make sure the day plan is correct
  • 90% of your time will be spent with our customers; exceeding their expectations. With leading by example you make sure your colleagues do the same.
  • You are assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with hiring new employees and give them the best on-boarding.
  • You are responsible for the daily communication between the shop floor and the stock room.
  • You are analyzing KPI’s and share the results with your team
  • You make sure that the store visuals are meeting our PUMA standards

YOUR TALENT

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leading role
  • Your communication and people skills are strong. You are open to give and receive feedback, and not afraid to give a presentation/ training to your colleagues or organize a team meeting.
  • Not afraid to make decisions
  • You are comfortable working on weekends, evenings and on public holidays when requested
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office
