Pay: $30.98 per hour 

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for providing support and maintenance on center servers, routers, switches, and software in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions: 

1. Maintain proficiency with different software applications, assist staff with software-related products, and utilize various software applications to help manage common tasks. 
2. Maintain current users and t end connections to center networks, monitor, maintain and resolve problems with all related hardware and software.
3. Perform hardware maintenance and repair for all network and non-network personal computers, printers, and terminals.
4. Ensure backup tapes of network programs and data files remain current.

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Associate’s degree in computer science or information technology 
• Three (3) years experience. Directly related training may be considered in lieu of experience requirements.
• Must have working knowledge of network administration tasks using Microsoft server.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
