We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Quality Specialist to join the Facility Management team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Our office in Interporto (BO)

Department Size: 4 (Approx.)

Reporting into: Facility Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Develop and update facility procedures and policies, and supervise their compliance;
• Manage facility audits and all relevant aspects;
• Interface with the HSE team for the technical issues resolution about environmental, safety, and health;
• Organize and manage all obligatory routine maintenance;
• Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided;
• Elaborate relevant reports;
• Coordinate any projects related to the HSE field;
• Ensure the correct archival of practices.

The type of person we are looking for:

• Preferred master’s degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering);
• Preferred previous experience in development of management systems (ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 , ISO 45001)
• Preferred previous experience in facility audits;
• Preferred previous experience in facility management or in HSE team in big-size companies;
• Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems;
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite;
• English: Intermediate, spoken and written;
• Ability to prioritize work, utilizing time and resources wisely;
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders;
• Ability to synthesize and communicate the results of the work;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Able to work independently within a dynamic and goal-driven environment;
