Regional Marketing Communications Manager

Join us as the Regional Marketing Communications Manager for the Process Automation Business Area where you will be instrumental in driving business objectives by leading the development and execution of innovative and effective marketing and communications strategies in cluster of countries you are responsible for. Your responsibilities will include crafting internal and external marketing and communications strategy and activities that cut across all appropriate marketing and communication channels and touch points to extend awareness and visibility of the business. This position reports to the Director, Marketing & Communications and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting in development and implementation regional marketing and communication strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation through earned media coverage
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including industry marketing, sales, and regional leadership, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
  • Managing and supporting internal communications initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to employees across the region, fostering engagement, alignment, and morale
  • Overseeing the creation and production of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, videos, and other materials, ensuring consistency and quality. Managing the regional marketing budget effectively, tracking expenditures and ROI for all marketing activities
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics
  • Staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in marketing and communication, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement

Your background

  • Minimum 8 years of solid track record in marketing and communications roles, in but not limited to energy, technology consulting industry. Ability to develop and implement regional marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying messaging internally and externally. Candidates should have experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance metrics is crucial for optimizing marketing strategies
  • Candidates should be innovative and creative, capable of developing impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Able to demonstrate practical application of digital marketing and social media management skills
  • Hands-on experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc. Photo and video-editing skills are good to have
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information, identify strategic opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations. Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential (both written and spoken)
