About the Role:

For our Ferrero Group Headquarters, based in Luxembourg, we are looking for an IT Account Manager who will become part of our IT Consumer Platform with focus on Marketing and R&D process. 

As IT Account Manager you will support the Platform Leader in the definition of the IT strategy of managed processes related to Marketing department, by collecting business’ priorities from main stakeholders such as Product Portfolio, Marketing Managers, Marketing services, Packaging and Advertising, R&D laboratories. 

This is a Business Partner management roles (including “C”, “C-1” level stakeholders): business acumen together with IT technical knowledge are key capabilities of this role.

We are looking for someone who understand and is aware of the impact of new technologies on the business in terms of business values and benefits, and that will promote relevant innovation with appropriate demands agreed with the business.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role you will identify technical solutions to support business processes and to improve the overall value and business performance, you will support the end to end design and delivery of business process solutions by guaranteeing scope adherence from demand to projects, you will be the escalation point for service level degradation 

Application harmonization, among the other, is one of the objective, through progressive dismissal of local solutions, wherever possible, in favour of Group standards. You will work to identify priorities and develop activity roadmap accordingly along with communication plans to maximize value, adoption, and client satisfaction. You will ensure solutions management including enhancements and control any implementation that impacts the solution and manage dependency. 

You will contribute to effective budgeting decisions, as well as Platform Total Cost management and related CAPEX/OPEX management (budget planning and spending monitoring)

Once the budget is approved you will oversee the entire IT projects portfolio in alignment with the project managers.

In addition, you will contribute in the identification of Business and IT priorities, optimize IT spending and increase added value by defining how to allocate IT services costs to business units for the managed scope.

Main areas of expertise and responsibilities: by covering this position, you will manage the demand lifecycle and follow up of Marketing and R&D processes, Consumer Engagement. Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce, Media. Digital Marketing and with a strong focus on Product Development (PLM, ERP, PIM, DAM, PCM) and Artificial Intelligence.

You will support the assessment of demand priority level and feasibility (by supporting the business case when required), the identification and summary of business requirements in collaboration with main business stakeholders. You will build business cases with clear and quantified benefits, supporting the development of functional and technical design in collaboration with IT Centres of Excellence for application design and Project Managers to ensure the proper demand execution.

In this role you will identify and analyse the impact of services implementation on business processes and make recommendations to improve them.

At all the time you will ensure excellent relations with other IT Departments and units within IT professional family by managing communication and alignment with stakeholders, building strong relationship with Business Stakeholders. 

As IT Account Manager, you will support the planning of solution implementation to meet the IT strategy and business requirements, contributing to solution design during the Business BluePrint phase and verifying that requirements fit the scope defined during the demand management phase. You will review business requests for service enhancements, as well as IT service changes requests for standards enforcement - prioritize the work, accordingly, ensuring consistency with overall IT Architecture. 

Effective vendor management and relationships, in alignment with Procurement, and coordinate the tender and Request for Proposal process for the Suppliers’ selection.

You will contribute to the definition of the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and related charges to the business, reporting service performance vs Service Level Agreement and proactively identifying issues and related follow up actions. Additionally, you will collect business feedback related to IT services and provides analyses highlighting areas of improvements ensuring related follow up actions. 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university degree background in Management and/or Industrial Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science, Economics or similar and 8+ years of experience.

Ideally, you have experience matured in equivalent positions, or in Marketing, IT, Project Manager of a multinational Company. Previous experience in leading digital transformational projects, including Product Development related projects (PLM, ERP, PIM, DAM, PCM) is a strong asset.

Being an excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills, you will conduct and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to assure business continuity. You bring strong negotiation skills and operational execution excellence.

You are fluent in English and are proficient MS Office and have a knowledge in SAP..

A high level of self-motivation and initiative, and ability to combine people and relationship management skills will be an asset for this role, together with your strong analytical mindset and your well-organized, detail-oriented attitude.
