We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for improving our website's visibility, driving organic traffic, and increasing lead generation to support revenue growth for Talkdesk’s offerings. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence and ensuring that our solutions reach our target audience and drive them towards actions that yield growth for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets clients
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving our website's ranking and visibility in search engines
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and marketing materials with a focus on conversion rate optimization 
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools, and make data-driven decisions to improve results
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to create SEO-friendly content that resonates with our audience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective
  • Manage and improve the technical SEO aspects of our website, including site structure, schema markup, and page speed optimization
  • Lead link-building strategies and efforts to enhance domain authority and search visibility
  • Report regularly on SEO progress and impact, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of SEO experience, specifically with B2B SaaS products
  • Proven track record of improving SEO performance, driving organic traffic, and generating leads for B2B audiences
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a problem-solving attitude

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
