ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Improve the potential of the brand portfolio by leading the deployment of brand portfolio strategy to drive the achievement of corporate objectives.
Driving business growth through ongoing performance monitoring of brand deployment & on-ground marketing deployment activities
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Deploying the Brand portfolio strategy for Indonesia aligned with DRBU Category:
- Define key portfolio priorities and opportunities
- Suggest portfolio solutions and relevant pipeline
- Set brand objectives and targets and select focus brands
- Contribute to the overall Marketing strategy by integrating SPI (Strategy, Planning & Insights) and TMD (Trade, Marketing & Distribution) strategies into the Brand strategy.
- Driven space mapping
Coordinate the development and execution of all annual brand plans, ensuring that:
- Allocation of brand objectives and BSE (Brand Spend Expenditure) are in line with portfolio definitions
- Support programs are defined for each brand together with its role in the portfolio
- Brand activities meet brand portfolio objectives and consumer segments requirements
- Goals and important metrics are set for direct reports and regular monitoring occurs

CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Desirably Masters / Bachelor’s graduate caliber in Commercial, Marketing, Business Management field.
- At least 6 - 8 years’ of experience in brand management at Manager level (leading a category)
- Experience working with regional teams in multi-national environment is highly preferred.
- Expert in navigating vision & goal setting, possess strong strategic thinking, able to adapt to changing landscapes and practices effective communication at all times.
- Brand Portfolio performance and sustainability.
- Brands performance in targeted segments.
- Implementation of agreed brand activities.
- Overall sales volume & overall market share
- Brand portfolio financials.
