Our Global Service Desk department in Tallinn is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the 2nd-level technical support team.

Your Responsibilities
- Administration and 2nd-level support of different applications;
- System and process monitoring;
- Identifying, troubleshooting, prioritization and timely escalation of technical problems and service requests;
- Incident and problem handling in an application environment;
- Detailed error analysis throughout the application landscape, identifying and categorizing issues to provide a root cause analysis;
- Ticket ownership, ensuring timely response, follow-up, and communication with any involved party to find a quick solution to the problem;
- Documenting and extending a knowledge base;
- Team coverage is 13/5 from 08:00 to 21:00.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Professional education or degree in IT or equivalent work experience;
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving competencies;
- Experience working in a support role (preferred);
- Application log reading/analyzing experience (preferred);
- Target-oriented team player with good communication skills;
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
