The HR Technology Analyst is a part of Insulet’s HR Technology Team administering Insulet’s Workday implementation. He/she will work closely with HR customers to ensure accurate data and system integrity.

As an integral part of the HR Technology Team, the HR Technology Analyst will be the subject matter expert for Insulet’s Workday platform. This position will be responsible for monitoring inquiries and requests from our customers, troubleshooting, gathering requirements, configuring, monitoring testing, and solution delivery. In addition, the person will be a part of our team that will design and build of consistent approaches, standards and systems for analytics, reporting and data comparisons and validations across various HR data sources and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Workday systems, processes and databases,
  • Configuration of the following Workday modules: HCM, Time Tracking, and Performance Management modules, with opportunities for growth across the platform.
  • Analyze, test, implement and support HR tools, applications and systems, including additional Workday modules and the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  • Works collaboratively with HR Technology partners to troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Works with customers to gather requirements to automate processes, reports, and integrations, particular focusing on Time Tracking and Performance Management.
  • Promotes quality, compliance management, and process improvements using the various tools and guidance.
  • Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred)
  • 3-5 years experience supporting a HR Technology environment 
  • 2-4 years experience with Workday

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of HR processes.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be a team player as well as comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable encouraging best practices in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to carry out clear instructions to continually raise the standards of processes across the Project Team
  • Results orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance orientated culture.
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics.
