You will be assigned to different remediation projects as a project consultant. Your daily tasks will consist of data analysis and control, collaborating with stakeholders, sending customer letters, ensuring compensation pay-outs are done smoothly, documenting the progress of the project, and contributing to smooth delivery during all the project's phases, from project initiation to closure.

You will work with a team of 9 Danish colleagues and 3 Lithuanian colleagues willing to take ownership, grow at Danske Bank, and have fun.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions for improvement
  • Participate in the creation of processes’ documentation
  • Collaborate, establish working relationships, and participate in meetings with stakeholders to ensure successful and timely deliveries
  • Handle ad-hoc and other tasks related to the project
  • Secure relevant information and communication within the team

About you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an operational or administrative role (experience in the financial sector is a bonus)
  • Close attention to detail and a willingness to learn continuously
  • Highly organised, skilled in setting priorities, and willing to actively handle tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced English skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work under uncertainty in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive team member with a high work ethic

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
