Psychologist - Sales Consultant (Clinical Assessments)

Purpose of the position:

Responsible for promoting and selling the Clinical products to customers, mainly psychologists and other related professionals who work in the clinical, educational, neuropsychological, forensic and healthcare settings.

Core tasks and responsibilities:

  • Makes market research and prospects new potential customers to promote the Clinical portfolio.
  • Contacts customers by different channels to inform them about Clinical products and promotions.
  • Makes visits and product presentations to customers.
  • Negotiates with customers.
  • Tracks sales activities, giving post-sale support.
  • Implements the strategy and follows the marketing campaigns.
  • Executes the activities included in the Sales and Marketing Plan.
  • Contributes to deliver the financial goals, in line with the Strat Plan.
  • Solves queries escalated by Customer Service.
  • Gives webinars and in person trainings.
  • Attends conferences, meetings and other events.
  • Focus on improving customer experience.

Key relationships:

  • Gives continuous feedback to the Sales Director about activities and opportunities, delivering record of visits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, working with other departments to facilitate relationships and improve efficacy.
  • Works together with marketing to help creating content for marketing products.
  • Supports CS teams to improve customer experience.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or higher (Psychology).
  • Sales experience as a consultant.
  • Proactive and motivated to sell.
  • Provable knowledge about assessment in Psychology, Education or other related fields.
  • Experience using assessment tools in Psychology or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Good digital skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good training skills.
