In the “Innovation Management” department in the Innovation & Sustainability division, a dynamic working environment awaits you. You will have the opportunity to experience first-hand the development and application of sustainability-driven innovation processes and approaches and to contribute to strengthening the innovation culture at Covestro. You will work in a creative working environment with agile methods. In particular, you will support us in the following activities:

• Participation in various strategic, interdisciplinary projects in the international environment (e.g. conception and organization of training on intrapreneurship and innovation methods, ???)
• Preparation of concepts and presentations as well as internal communication and marketing activities on the topics of sustainability and innovation (e.g. newsletter, intranet presence, employee events)
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops and campaigns to find, evaluate or further develop ideas
• Support in the supervision of the Covestro Ideas Platform and the cross-sectoral innovation community
• Implementation of smaller own projects

WHAT YOU OFFER

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, natural sciences, social sciences or design
• You´re interested and passionate about innovation, corporate culture and transformation processes
• MS Office (especially PowerPoint) is part of your skillset
• You have a quick understanding and analytical skills and a systematic, solution-oriented way of working
• You show willingness for professional and personal development and are strong in communication
• You are committed, motivated, team-capable and show initiative and thus contribute to the success of our company
• Very good German and good English language skills complete your profile
• You are available for an internship period of five to six months
