About the Role:

• Experience Range: 5 - 8 years
• As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be at the heart of Grab's operations, bridging the gap between Business, Product, and Engineering. Your role involves managing a wide array of complex, cross-functional programs and leading all facets of assigned program deliveries.
• You will be instrumental in shaping the Delivery Roadmap in collaboration with the respective Tech and Product leaders. You will embody the role of a servant leader, proactively identifying and removing impediments faced by the team, and driving dependencies to completion.
• Your aim will be to continuously refine our tech program management processes in a data-driven manner, owning the collaboration process and tools. You will foster an environment that resonates with Grab's culture, principles, and values.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee tech program management: Prepare project timelines, define milestones, monitor and report progress, resolve roadblocks, manage dependencies, and oversee schedules.
• Guide Agile/Scrum teams as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Participate in quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, Program Operations, and QA to ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve team performance and organizational delivery.
• Engage with various teams and locations in clarifying and refining the product strategy, program schedule, and progress, including engineering managers and vendors.

What We're Looking For:

• You should have a background in project delivery or technical leadership along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to thrive in Grab's fast-paced environment.
• A solid understanding of Agile is crucial. Your attitude and willingness to take initiative are more important than your specific skill set. You should not feel restricted by your job description.
• Your communication skills should enable you to manage conversations with management and cross-functional teams effectively. You should also have a proven track record of getting things done and delivering projects.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where autonomy, self-decision making, and juggling multiple projects/tasks are required, will be a plus.
• Your technical background will be advantageous in understanding and explaining complex technical issues to business users and in sharing critical information that could affect product design or delivery.
• We value strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate others and devise innovative solutions to problems.
• Experience in area of mapmaking and map enhancements is considered a plus
