The Role:
The Associate Director, Digital Communications will enhance Moderna’s reputation by developing and managing the Company’s social media channels and blog. This position will also help with developing compelling content that leverages a range of digital and social channels to engage internal and external key stakeholders, in close partnership with the Corporate Affairs Team.
They will be fluent in social and digital communications engagement and strategy; have experience working with a variety of digital media environments; and be comfortable working with corporate and program teams across a complex organization and multiple sites.
They will have excellent experience in analytics-driven decision-making to inform content strategy and creation, platform management and ongoing optimizations.
The position reports to the Executive Director, Digital Communications and is based in our new state-of-the-art LEED certified headquarters in Cambridge, MA and is onsite 70% of the time with flexibility to work from home up to 30% of the time.
