Position Summary

1. Contribute to the strategic business decision making by deriving insight from the market and consumer data on the main issues of the brand, product and channel.

2. Contribute to mid-term and long-term business opportunity identification by understanding the consumer needs and trend from market and consumer data gathering.

3. Maximize mutual trust and business execution by promoting market conditions and our sales/product strategies to customers and market participants.

Role and Responsibilities

  • In charge of handling cross-divisional campaigns, roadshow execution, events planning and 360 marketing ensuring all aspects of the campaign are coherent and in-line with the campaign objectives. 
  • Ensuring marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for cross-divisional campaigns are consumer centric and are ROI driven.
  • End to end execution with partner interaction to ensure Brand to always come up with innovative projects and solutions that support the business.
  • Feed insights to the business to improve performance and always be the voice of the consumer by being the sole source of market data, market outlooks, and budget optimization and always on insights by leveraging partner data and studies conducted.
  • Continuous reporting on pre and post results of activity in addition to be the eyes and ears of the division marketing to be the first to spot opportunities and Trends in the market.
  • Lead on transformational projects in the retail, through traditional retailers and non-traditional.
  • Present insight findings to key stakeholders, with actionable recommendations for decision-making. Align stakeholders on data topics.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of both marketing / event and research experience
  • Managed brand campaigns with proven results
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Innovative and analytical thinking
  • Aware of basic research methodologies – Qualitative & Quantitative
  • Project management skills with strong adherence to project timelines
  • Has an eye for detail ensuring flawless preparation and project management.
  • Arabic Speaker is preferred
