Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct AML/CFT training curriculum to uplift risk sense of the regional Surveillance Operations teams and Business Units
  • Drive process improvements among regional Surveillance Operations teams
  • Work closely with different stakeholders (e.g. Business Units, FCSS, Platform, Technology and Surveillance Ops) to drive solutions with focus on alignment of post STR processes and risk mitigating measures within Surveillance Ops and among regional locations
  • Establish processes relating to post STR workflows, while leveraging and improving on existing processes across Business Units, FCSS to improve customer journey
  • Coordinate with Business Units and FCSS on system feedback raised on post STR modules and workflows
  • Able to manage stakeholders’ expectations in ambiguous and dynamic situations

Requirements

  • Degree in related field
  • Relevant compliance, risk management or operations experience
  • Experience with project-related work, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have an eye for detail and good analytical, communication and written skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and resourceful
