Our Impact:

The team is responsible for designing new and intuitive financial reports and dashboards to support an enterprise-wide change effort to standardize financial reporting to enable enhanced transparency into Technology spend at Freddie Mac.

Your Impact:

  • Contribute to efforts on analytical tool designs and provide thoughtful inputs on the development of finance processes, reporting solutions and methodology enhancements and improvements.
  • Use best practices and improvement of financial data management and analytical functions to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the reporting solutions and enhance the data uses and data-driven culture.
  • You will have the opportunity to design and manage new standardized dashboards and financial reports that will be applied across Freddie Mac to better understand Technology spend.

Qualifications:

2-4 Years experience Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Data Analytics, Dashboard Design, Strategic Implementation of Data and Reporting solutions:

  • Manage working relationships with customers to define business and financial requirements for reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop financial reporting solutions, provide variance analysis, and understand annual/monthly budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Development of Tableau dashboards and interested in data visualization strategy.
  • Design, implementation and management of data and reporting solutions.
  • Maintenance, enhancement, and management of existing suites of Tableau dashboards.
  • Data wrangling, data manipulation, visualizations, dashboarding, and reporting.
  • Working with financial systems, management information systems, data warehouses, data marts, and/or relational databases to help develop business intelligence.
  • Working through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate and contribute to developing SQL, Tableau Desktop/Server, Python, Hyperion Smartview, and/or Advanced Excel.
  • Working in an Agile team leveraging JIRA for work management.

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
