The National Accounts Manager (Talent Solutions) must be results-oriented and have the ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with clients, Client Success, and Sales teams. In addition to being an expert in all the responsibilities of a Sales Manager & Client Success Manager, the role is responsible for successfully managing a strategic book of business that includes our tenured, automated clients. They achieve their retention & sales goals, maintain strong client relationships at scale, and grow their book of business. 

This role reports to the VP of Client Success and the GM of Talent Solutions.

This role can be filled remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage a >1.5M BoB, owning client satisfaction & growth
  • Renew and grow existing client partnerships on an annual and ongoing basis
  • Demonstrate ability to manage and grow accounts through partnerships at scale.
  • Proactively monitor product adoption and utilization trends, identify at-risk clients, and work across internal teams to address those risks.
  • Leverage CRM to manage a large client base at scale through activity based triggers, automated touchpoints and campaigns. 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in client-facing healthcare consulting or healthcare recruiting roles
  • Track record of delivering results and meeting a sales quota
  • Experience working independently and being personally accountable for assigned client accounts
  • Experience presenting to large, remote and in-person audiences
  • Highly organized, able to coordinate large amounts of information across multiple projects/regions
  • Experience using Doximity Talent Finder a plus

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
