ML Engineer

Provide production support for AI/ML training jobs.

Work with client FTEs to oversee releases and perform deployments.

Proactively monitor AI/ML pipeline and infrastructure alerts and mitigate issues.

Monitor model success metrics, data, and model drift.

Work with Data Scientist to improve these metrics and perform RCA when problems occur.

Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to prevent incidents from recurrence.

Collaborate with Data, Infrastructure, and other IT and Business stakeholders to triage complex production incidents and take them to closure.

Establish processes and standards to improve availability and scalability of the various data platforms and solutions.

Assist in model validation for model performance monitoring, performance health checks.

Deploy and maintain machine learning models during productionization.

Technology Skills: Databricks, ML (Python, PySpark), Scala, Azure Platform, Python automation, Azure DevOps, MLFlow
