  • Works closely with account managers to explore new business opportunities, understand customer needs. Hosts and presents at technical seminar at customers to promote DuPont technologies and products.
  • Provides technical solutions to customers in a timely manner to address customer questions or inline issues, by leveraging application knowledges and expertise in lithography. Conduct onsite hands-on experiments at customers as needed.
  • Collaborates with other functions to accelerate new R&D product development, CIP/PCN, and commercialization process.
  • Leads investigation of performance-driven customer complaints. Work closely with Manufacturing Quality, and Engineering team to ensure excellent product quality.
  • Generates and use quality data (Litho inline data, SPC chart, COA, analytical test, etc.) to enable cross functional partners to drive product quality improvements.
  • Voices out quality issues at QMR for timely support with priority, and be the VOC to drive quality roadmap and CIPs.
  • Protects intellectual properties and trade secrets.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • MS or above in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, semiconductor devices or related fields
  • At least 3-year work experience in semiconductor processing. Lithography experience in Foundry or Memory R&D/manufacturing is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in semiconductor device and Litho process, Hands-on experience in advanced Litho chemicals, litho materials processing, and photo cluster of track and exposure tool
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on style, continuous learning, deep in technologies, passionate for business win
  • Demonstrated strong ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, cross-functional, global work environment.
  • Self-motivated in driving progress and result-oriented with attention to detail
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Collaborative, strong team player
  • >30% time in travel
