Special Commitments

Support HRIS team with service requests, data management, analysis, system configuration as part of Global HR Tech team. Maintain and configure HRIS system, support users and perform cyclical activities. Technical data validation.

Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support HRIS/Learning activities for Alfa Laval in Global HR Technology team.
  • Data validation.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, guides.
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied systems/areas.

Requirements:

  • IT/Data analysis studies or other related fields.
  • Analytical skills that include identifying and resolving problems.
  • Good communication and numeric skills and attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
  • English at a level enabling communication in an international environment.

Nice to have knowledge in the areas:

  • Exposure to HRIS and/or Learning systems and processes.
  • Human Capital Management / Talent Acquisition / Talent & Performance / Compensation.
  • Workday or any other HR or Learning system.
  • Azure architecture.
