• Responsibilities include assessing life insurance claims, analyzing policy term, verifying documentations, communicating with agents and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Review and assess life accident and medical claims
• Determine claim eligibility and settlement amount
• Investigate and resolve disputed claims
• Handle agents enquiry
• Stay update on industry trends and best practices
• Participate in projects of system enhancement and new product development
• Prepare regular reports
• Handle administrative support duties in claims area

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in insurance
• Minimum of 2 years claims experience in medical claims (both in-patient and out-patient claims). 
• LOMA exam preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good PC skills in MS Words, EXCEL, Powerpoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
