Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, escalate and solve customers’ complaints or inquiries, which may be complex, in timely and courteously manner.
  • Work with sales channels, call center, Operations to find out the facts or causes of the complaints or the special requests.
  • Work with sales channels, call center, Operations to deliver the result/solution of the complaints or special requests and ensure the result/solution is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with other departments of Operations or Compliance to come up with the solutions regarding customers’ complaints, inquiries or special requests and ensure settlement of the case is made accurately and timely.
  • Identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems to head of customer service with the objective to come up a long term solution of such problems.
  • Produce regular reports in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 of years in client service with good knowledge of insurance industry preferred
  • Holder of IIQE paper 1, 3 and 5 is preferable
  • Strong team player with positive attitude
  • Client-centric with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
  • Good spoken and written in English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
