- Assist our skilled fabricator/welders as required.
- Train and gain experience to Use plant, machinery, and equipment on site.
- Attend site meetings when required. (RCI meetings, teams meeting etc).
- Liaise with site health and safety representatives if and when required.
- Abide by the company’s values, policies, and procedures.
- Be flexible within the role if required.
- Listen to and take direction and instruction on priorities from team leaders and management, which may vary from time to time.
- Carry out any other reasonable projects, tasks or duties to support the business as directed by team leaders and management.
- Any other duties the Company considers appropriate to your abilities, including duties which may not normally be associated with your job title. i.e. help in paint department, fabrication department or even warehouse if needed.
