Your new responsibilities
Customer Relationship management:
1. Understand customers' expectation on the product performance/ functionality/ price, etc.
2. Explore the potential customers
3. Balance customer relationships in the region
Regularly update (monthly/quartely):
1. Project update and inform team,
2. Track key accounts sales trends and competitor activities: pricing, distribution, product promotion, etc
3. Give regular product introduction and roadmap to customers
Coordinate and team-work:
1. Coordinate resources in Germany & in coutry for specified products lines.
2. team work with internal and external resources to handle quality, delivery, techinical issues, etc.
