• Provide technical application support for the monitoring processes.
• Idoc analysis and reprocessing.
• Root cause analysis.

This job might be for you if: 

• Current students cursing a bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related, with a graduation date on December 2024 or later.
• English - Advanced
• Software customer experience is a plus
• Experience or knowledge with SAP (ECC and S4) is a plus
• Excellent communication and articulation skills with ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and proficiency in a multitude of software platforms.
• Adaptability to process changes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
